Pursuant to MGLA c 111, ss 25B-G and 105 CMR 100, the Determination of Need Program in the Dept. of Public Health reviews applications from health care facilities for capital expenditures in excess of statutory threshold or for substantial changes in services regulated by the state, in order to make recommendations thereon to the Public Health Council. Series is created to administer review process.
